It's always hard to get back into the swing of things after a long weekend, especially when you had an amazing getaway. I spent my Labor Day weekend in Joshua Tree National Park, and I was mesmerized by its beautiful views.
Since this was my first time visiting the park, I brought my DSLR with me to take some photos. I was hesitant to bring it at first because I didn't want to deal with my usual bulky camera bag. But the Claremont from Lo & Sons made it easy to carry my camera without the hassle. It's disguised as a stylish crossover body bag, but is large enough to carry additional items such as my wallet and my other lens. I especially like that it's made of leather, so I trust that it'll be sturdy and durable while I use it during my shoots.
We did our best to shoot with the little light we had from golden hour. Once we were finished, we stayed until nighttime to stargaze. Living in Los Angeles, it's hard to see stars with all the city lights so I wanted to spend some time doing so at Joshua Tree. It was breathtaking—there were countless number of stars. I tried taking photos, but they don't do it justice. You'll just have to go and see it for yourself.
